At Sandy Bottom Swimwear, we’re committed to helping you feel confident and amazing in your swimwear.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer returns for store credit that never expires. This gives you the flexibility to find the perfect fit, style, or design that you’ll love.

Exchanges/Store Credit

For size changes, design changes, or change of mind, we provide store credit with no expiration date for any eligible item, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including hang tags, eco cotton bag, and with hygienic liners fully intact.
  • The order number must be included with the return.
  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving them.

If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be quoted in our exchange portal. Once the payment is completed, a return shipping label will be provided through the portal.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes any product discounted by 20% or more.

Holiday Sales Period

For regular-priced items (not discounted by more than 20%) purchased between November 15 and December 25, exchanges for store credit will be accepted until January 2.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photographic/video evidence may be requested to assess the issue. If deemed faulty, we will cover return and replacement shipping costs.

Fit and Sizing

Our swimsuits are designed with a cheeky fit and tend to run small. Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page. If you have questions about fit or sizing, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com.
