All items discounted by 20% or more are FINAL SALE. This includes sitewide sales, sale collections, and orders using discount codes of 20% or more.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

 

How to Request a Return

Email sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 10 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send instructions and return options.

Return Options

Option 1: Prepaid Return Label $25-$75 Flat Fee (USA & Canada)
Fee is calculated based on the number of pieces and shipping weight.

  • We email you a prepaid label.
  • The label fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Drop off at the designated carrier.
  • Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of inspection (your bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect it).

Option 2: Ship It Yourself

  • You may return your item using any trackable shipping method.
  • Return address will be provided once your request is approved.
  • Any duties, courier fees, or tariffs billed by Canadian customs or the carrier to Sandy Bottom will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sandy Bottom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked returns.

International Returns (Outside USA & Canada)

  • After approval, we provide a shipping quote based on your location.
  • If you proceed, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any duties, courier fees, or tariffs billed to Sandy Bottom will also be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tried on over underwear only
  • Hygienic liner fully intact
  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, and any bodily fluids
  • No strong odours (perfume, smoke, detergent, body odour)
  • All tags, eco-cotton bag, and original packaging included

Items that do not meet these standards will be discarded and not refunded. Sandy Bottom reserves the right to determine eligibility upon inspection.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned/refunded:

  • Requests made after 10 days from delivery.
  • Items received by us more than 20 days after delivery.
  • Final Sale items including items from our Sandy Sale Collection and any items discounted by 20% or more.
  • Orders using discount codes of 20% or more. This includes all sitewide sales
  • Accessories: jewelry, sandals, sarongs, scarfs, pashminas, towels, hats, handbags, sunglasses, beauty items.
  • Shipping fees, duties, customs taxes, or tariffs

Holiday Return Policy

Regular-priced items purchased Dec 1–Dec 24 may be returned for store credit only until Jan 2.

This does not apply to discounted items (20% or more).
