SHIPPING
CANADA ORDERS
Orders under $300CAD will be subject to a $10.00CAD shipping fee and will be shipped via Canada Post, DHL or UPS with tracking (4-10 business days).
Orders over $300CAD qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via Canada Post of UPS with tracking (4-10 business days).
USA ORDERS
Orders under $400CAD will be subject to a $20.00CAD shipping fee and will be shipped via Canada Post, DHL or UPS with tracking (4-10 business days).
Orders over $400CAD qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via Canada Post of UPS with tracking (4-10 business days).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders under $500CAD will be subject to a $40.00CAD shipping fee and will be shipped via DHL or UPS International Tracked Package (4-21 business days)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES
Additional duties or taxes may apply for shipments outside of Canada upon arrival. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of duties. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
All payments can be made using all major credit cards or Apple Pay. All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and all payments are processed in Canadian Dollars. Local taxes will be added to the price displaced for orders shipped within Canada.
The exchange rate for the purchases made in currencies other than Canadian Dollars are determined by your bank or credit card provider. Please contact your bank or credit card provided with any questions related to exchange rates.
ORDER ISSUES AND ERRORS
If there is an issue with your products or have received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sales@sandybottom.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process as cancellation for you if the order has not been shipped yet. If you have received a shipment confirmation email from, us, we will not be able to cancel your order.
EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please email us at sales@sandybottom.ca to get the process started. Please put your order number in the subject line of your email. We do not provide return labels.
Regularly priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
Store credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Sandy Bottom products (excluding selected limited edition pieces).
All garments must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to be returned. This means no scuffs, marks, stains (including deodorant stains) and with all tags and hygienic liners attached. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted. If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email us at sales@sandybottom.ca. Please put your order number in the subject line of your email.
We ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging. You must provide the customer care team with a tracking number for your return. If you ship your item back to us without tracking and the parcel gets lost in the mail, we will not be able to proceed with your exchange or issue a store credit.
International exchanges are subject to a $20 shipping feel. USA exchanges are subject to a $15 shipping fee. Canadian exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping fee.
SALES AND DISCOUNTS
All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale. These items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PURCHASES
We recommend that you wash your swimsuits and cover ups after exposure to chlorine or salt water. Hand wash in cool water with a pea sized drop of gentle, non-bleaching detergent. Hang swimsuits to dry and lay your cover-ups and all crochet pieces flat to dry. Follow instructions on labels of all resort wear pieces.
