Sandy Bottom Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy
At Sandy Bottom Swimwear, we’re dedicated to helping you feel confident and amazing in your swimwear. While we don’t offer refunds, we do provide store credit that never expires—giving you the flexibility to find the perfect fit, style, or design that you’ll love.
Returns & Store Credit
If you need a different size, a new design, or simply change your mind, we offer store credit (with no expiration) for any eligible return, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including hang tags, eco cotton bag, and hygienic liners fully intact.

Returns must include the original order number for processing.

Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the order.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Soiled or unsanitary items will not be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, items with:

Bodily fluids such as sweat, urine, blood, or any other biological residue

Stains from deodorant, makeup, or self-tanning products
-
Lingering odors such as perfume, smoke, or detergent

Any returned items that do not meet these hygiene standards will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
How to Start an Exchange:
- Email sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide a quote for the return shipping cost based on your address.
- If you agree to the cost, we will email you a return label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your gift card balance.
- Alternatively, you may choose to ship the items back yourself. If you do, we will provide our return address. Please note that if you chose this option, you will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, or additional fees incurred when the items are returned to us. These costs will also be deducted from your gift card balance.
Important:
- We do not provide free return labels. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Final Sale Items

All items in our Sandy Sale section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any product discounted by 26% or more, including site-wide sales, is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Holiday Return Policy
To make holiday shopping easier, we offer extended exchanges for store credit on regular-priced items purchased between November 20 and December 26. These items may be exchanged for store credit until January 2.
(This does not apply to items discounted by 26% or more.)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Photographic or video evidence may be required to assess the issue.

If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Our swimsuits are designed with a cheeky fit and tend to run small. Please check the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
