CANADIAN ORDERS

Orders $200 CAD and over ship complimentary. For orders under $200 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout.

All Canadian orders are shipped with full tracking via Canada Post, GLS, FedEx, or UPS and arrive within 2–10 business days. Because every parcel ships directly from Canada, no additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

USA ORDERS

Orders $200 USD and over ship free. For orders under $200 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout.

All U.S. orders ship fully tracked via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS and arrive within 4–10 business days. Every U.S. order ships duty prepaid — nothing unexpected waiting at your door.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders $350 USD and over ship complimentary. For orders under $350 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout.

All international orders ship fully tracked via Canada Post, FedEx, DHL or UPS and arrive within 4–20 business days. Please be aware that duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

A Note for International Customers

When shipping outside of Canada and the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by your local government upon arrival. These charges are separate from your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Sandy Bottom Swimwear has no control over what your country's customs authority may apply.

Import regulations vary widely from country to country and can change without notice. We encourage you to check with your local customs office before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect when your parcel arrives. A little research upfront makes for a much smoother delivery experience.

If your parcel is held by customs or a fee is assessed upon arrival, please contact your local customs office or delivery provider directly. They are best placed to help resolve it quickly.

Payment Options

At Sandy Bottom Swimwear, we aim to make checkout as seamless and secure as your shopping experience deserves to be. We proudly accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally we accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal for quick, effortless payment.

For added flexibility, we offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay, allowing you to enjoy your pieces now and pay over time.

Every payment method is encrypted and fully secure, ensuring your information is protected from start to finish.

Currency & Exchange Rates

  • All prices are displayed and processed in USD.
  • Canadian customers will see prices converted to CAD at checkout, with applicable local taxes automatically applied.
  • For all other international customers, final charges may vary slightly based on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of purchase.

If you have questions about exchange rates or how your payment is processed, your bank or credit card provider will be the best resource.

SIZING

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed for a sleek, sculpted, and flattering fit. Many of our styles run on the smaller side, and most of our bikini bottoms offer cheeky, minimal coverage rather than full coverage. Perfect for that signature Sandy Bottom look.

To help you find your perfect fit, we recommend reviewing each product’s description and size chart carefully, as details may vary by style.

ORDER ISSUES & RETURNS

If there is a concern with your order or if you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com. Our team will be happy to assist and make things right.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at  sales@sandybottomswimwear.com. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Because our Order Fulfillment Team operates independently from customer service and orders often move into processing very quickly, there is only a short window in which we may be able to intervene.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment queue or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your package is already on its way, please refer to our Return & Store Credit Policy for available next steps.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout to ensure a smooth experience.

RETURNS

We accept returns on full-price, unworn items within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, tried on over underwear only, with hygienic liner intact and all original tags and packaging included.

To start a return, email sales@sandybottomswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, your item must be back with us within 20 days of your original delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return shipping: We don't provide free return labels. Once approved we'll quote you an exact cost through one of our preferred carriers based on your location and item weight. Labels start from $25.

You may also ship it back yourself using any method.

Please note: if shipping from outside Canada you are responsible for ensuring your return clears Canadian customs. Any duties, customs fees, tariffs, or carrier charges billed to Sandy Bottom Swimwear upon receipt will be deducted from your refund. Sandy Bottom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked returns.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank may take up to an additional 10 business days to reflect the credit. Original shipping fees and return label costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale — No Returns or Exchanges: Items discounted 20% or more are final sale. This includes all sitewide sales, sale collections, orders placed with a discount code of 20%+, and all accessories. Final sale terms are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

SALES & DISCOUNTS

Final Sale

All items in our Sandy Sale collection are final sale. Any item discounted 20% or more including all sitewide sales, sale events, and orders placed with a discount code of 20% or more is not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.

Final sale terms are clearly noted on each product page so you always know before you buy.

Holiday Returns

We know gifting can be tricky when it comes to sizing. To make it easier, we offer extended returns for store credit on all regular-priced items purchased between December 5 and December 24. These items may be returned for store credit until January 2.

Please note this extension applies to full-price purchases only. Items discounted 20% or more remain final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances.

Swimwear Care

At Sandy Bottom, every piece is curated with intention and crafted with care. To keep your swimsuit looking vibrant and beautiful, we recommend the following:

How to Care for Your Sandy Bottom

• Avoid sitting on rough surfaces to prevent snags or fabric damage.
• After swimming, gently hand wash with mild detergent to remove salt, chlorine, and chemicals.
• Lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Never use a dryer or lay in direct sunlight.
• Apply sunscreen and oils with care, as they may stain delicate fabrics.

Remember, your Sandy Bottom swimsuit is a small-batch work of art. With the right care, it will stay stunning season after season.
