Additional duties or taxes may apply for shipments outside of Canada upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of duties. Shipping and duties are non-refundable.
All payments can be made using all major credit cards, Apple Pay or AfterPay. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars and all payments are processed in United States Dollars. Local taxes will be added to the price displaced for orders shipped within Canada.
The exchange rate for the purchases made in currencies other than United States Dollars are determined by your bank or credit card provider. Please contact your bank or credit card provided with any questions related to exchange rates.
Please note that many of our styles run small. Most of our swim bottoms are cheeky & very skimpy, NOT full coverage. Please review the product description for details and size charts. If there is an issue with your products or have received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com and we will be happy to assist you.
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process as cancellation for you if the order has NOT been shipped yet. Please email us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com to cancel an order before shipping.
If your order has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
At Sandy Bottom, we want you to feel amazing in your swimwear. If
you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns for store credit!
Refunds/Exchanges: We don’t offer refunds. For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit (with no expiration date) for any unworn swimwear or clothing, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including hang tags, eco cotton bag.
• Include your order number for return.
• Be shipped for return within 7 days of receiving your item.
If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the
return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping labels nor reimburse for it.

We strongly advise that you use postal service with a tracking number for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an order with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 3 business days. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item.
If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return and replacement costs.

We recommend that you wash your swimsuits and cover ups after exposure to chlorine or salt water.
Hand wash in cool water with a pea sized drop of gentle, non-bleaching detergent. Lay your swimsuits flat, macrame, crochet and cover-ups and all crochet pieces flat to dry.
Follow instructions on labels of all resort wear pieces.
