Exchange Policy

If there is an issue with your products or have received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at and we will be happy to assist you.
If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we are more than happy to process as cancellation for you if the order has not been shipped yet. If you have received a shipment confirmation email from, us, we will not be able to cancel your order. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your shipment.  Please email us at to get the process started. Please put your order number in the subject line of your email.  We do not provide return labels.

Regularly priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.  We do not offer refunds.

Shippings costs are non-refundable. 

Store credits do not expire and are eligible for use on any Sandy Bottom products (excluding selected limited edition pieces).  
All garments must be in brand new, unworn condition in order to be returned.  This means no scuffs, marks, stains (including deodorant stains) and with all tags and hygienic liners attached. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.  If you have any questions about the condition of your return, please email us at  Please put your order number in the subject line of your email.

We ask that you mail all returns in their original packaging.  You must provide the customer care team with a tracking number for your return.  If you ship your item back to us without tracking and the parcel gets lost in the mail, we will not be able to proceed with your exchange or issue a store credit.  
International exchanges are subject to a $20 shipping feel.  USA exchanges are subject to a $15 shipping fee. Canadian exchanges are subject to a $10 shipping fee. 
All sale items and discounted items are considered final sale.  These items will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
