All Canadian orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post, GLS, FedEx, or UPS (2–10 business days).

Because all parcels ship directly from Canada, no additional taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery.

Sandy Bottom Swimwear is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels

US ORDERS

UNITED STATES

Orders $200+ USD ship free of charge.

To ensure a seamless experience, all U.S. orders ship duty prepaid, no unexpected fees at your door.

Please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected by your local customs office. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

A Note for International Customers

For orders shipping outside of Canada and the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by your local government upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Because duty and tariff regulations vary worldwide, we encourage our international customers to familiarize themselves with their country’s import policies before placing an order. This helps ensure a smooth, surprise-free delivery experience.

Payment Options

At Sandy Bottom Swimwear, we aim to make checkout as seamless and secure as your shopping experience deserves to be. We proudly accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally we accept Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal for quick, effortless payment.

For added flexibility, we offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through Sezzle, Klarna, and Afterpay, allowing you to enjoy your pieces now and pay over time.

Every payment method is encrypted and fully secure, ensuring your information is protected from start to finish.

Currency & Exchange Rates

  • All prices are displayed and processed in USD.
  • Canadian customers will see prices converted to CAD at checkout, with applicable local taxes automatically applied.
  • For all other international customers, final charges may vary slightly based on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of purchase.

If you have questions about exchange rates or how your payment is processed, your bank or credit card provider will be the best resource.

SIZING

Our pieces are thoughtfully designed for a sleek, sculpted, and flattering fit. Many of our styles run on the smaller side, and most of our bikini bottoms offer cheeky, minimal coverage rather than full coverage. Perfect for that signature Sandy Bottom look.

To help you find your perfect fit, we recommend reviewing each product’s description and size chart carefully, as details may vary by style.

ORDER ISSUES & RETURNS

If there is a concern with your order or if you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com. Our team will be happy to assist and make things right.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at  sales@sandybottomswimwear.com. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Because our Order Fulfillment Team operates independently from customer service and orders often move into processing very quickly, there is only a short window in which we may be able to intervene.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment queue or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If your package is already on its way, please refer to our Return & Store Credit Policy for available next steps.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout to ensure a smooth experience.

RETURNS

All items discounted by 20% or more are FINAL SALE. This includes sitewide sales, sale collections, and orders using discount codes of 20% or more.


Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@sandybottomswimwear.com within 10 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, we’ll send instructions and return options.

Return Options

Option 1: Prepaid Return Label $25 Flat Fee (USA & Canada)

  • We email you a prepaid label.
  • $25 fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Drop off at the designated carrier.
  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days of inspection (your bank may take up to 10 days to reflect it).

Option 2: Ship It Yourself

  • You may return your item using any trackable shipping method.
  • Return address will be provided once your request is approved.
  • Any duties, courier fees, or tariffs billed to Sandy Bottom will be deducted from your refund.
  • Sandy Bottom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked returns.

International Returns (Outside USA & Canada)

  • After approval, we provide a shipping quote based on your location.
  • If you proceed, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any duties, courier fees, or tariffs billed to Sandy Bottom will also be deducted from your refund.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tried on over underwear only
  • Hygienic liner fully intact
  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, and any bodily fluids
  • No strong odours (perfume, smoke, detergent, body odour)
  • All tags, eco-cotton bag, and original packaging included

Items that do not meet these standards will be discarded and not refunded. Sandy Bottom reserves the right to determine eligibility upon inspection.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Requests made after 10 days from delivery.
  • Items received by us more than 20 days after delivery.
  • Final Sale items including items from our Sandy Sale Collection and any items discounted by 20% or more.
  • Orders using discount codes of 20% or more. This includes all sitewide sales
  • Accessories: jewelry, sandals, towels, hats, handbags, sunglasses, beauty items.
  • Shipping fees, duties, customs taxes, or tariffs

Holiday Return Policy

Regular-priced items purchased Dec 1–Dec 26 may be returned for store credit only until Jan 2.

This does not apply to discounted items (20% or more).

SALES & DISCOUNTS

Final Sale Items

• All items in the Sandy Sale section are final sale.
• Products discounted 20% or more including all site wide sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Holiday Return Policy

To make holiday gifting easier, we offer extended returns for store credit on regular-priced items purchased between December 1 and December 26.
These items may be returned for store credit until January 2.

This policy does not apply to items discounted 20% or more.

Swimwear Care

At Sandy Bottom, every piece is curated with intention and crafted with care. To keep your swimsuit looking vibrant and beautiful, we recommend the following:

How to Care for Your Sandy Bottom

• Avoid sitting on rough surfaces to prevent snags or fabric damage.
• After swimming, gently hand wash with mild detergent to remove salt, chlorine, and chemicals.
• Lay flat to dry in a shaded area. Never use a dryer or lay in direct sunlight.
• Apply sunscreen and oils with care, as they may stain delicate fabrics.

Remember, your Sandy Bottom swimsuit is a small-batch work of art. With the right care, it will stay stunning season after season.
