Cut in white with delicate black dots, Romy features a sculpted strapless neckline finished with bold black contrast trim. Soft ruching through the bust creates shape and dimension, while the high-cut leg elongates the body and Latin-style cheeky coverage keeps the silhouette confident and unmistakably modern.

The cut of this style is designed to provide a secure, stay-put strapless fit. As a result, it offers less stretch than some of our other swimsuits. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

Romy was designed by Juliana and is crafted by her team of skilled women artisans in Medellín, Colombia.
Juliana has become our one-piece genius for a reason. Her designs begin with the female silhouette, using proportion, premium fabrics, and precise construction to create swimsuits that flatter without relying on excess. Romy's sculpted strapless shape is a perfect example of that approach.
Each piece is carefully cut, sewn, and hand-finished by her team, with particular attention given to the construction through the bust and neckline that gives Romy its distinctive shape.
Why It's Priced This Way
Romy's simplicity is deceptive. Creating a strapless swimsuit with this much shape and structure requires precision.
Premium Italian swimwear fabric, thoughtful pattern making, careful ruching, and the contrasting sculpted neckline all have to work together to create a silhouette that looks effortless once it's on the body. It's the kind of construction where every line matters.

I grew up on the shores of St. Lucia, where the water is warm, the days are long, and the women are strong. That island spirit shaped me. It gave me an eye for beauty, a love for bold colour, and a deep respect for women who do it all with grace.
Sandy Bottom started with a simple idea: what if I could create something that honoured the women I grew up around and the woman I was becoming?
When my daughter left for university, I decided to show her something important: that reinvention doesn’t have an age limit. That it’s never too late to build something from scratch. That betting on yourself is always worth it.
But this brand isn’t just about me. It’s about women everywhere. The artisans from Colombia to Italy, Bali to Brazil who hand make every piece with skill, heart, and tradition.
