Cancellation policy

Changed your mind? Email us at sales@sandybottomswimwear.com as soon as possible.  The sooner you reach out, the better our chances of catching your order before it moves through our system.

We process orders quickly, and our fulfilment team works independently of our customer service team, which means cancellations are not always possible even when an order hasn't yet shipped. If your order has already been processed or is on its way to you, we won't be able to cancel it.

If we're unable to cancel in time, you're welcome to return your item once it arrives in accordance with our returns policy, provided it meets our standard return eligibility criteria and is not a final sale item.
