If you need to cancel your order, please email sales@sandybottomswimwear.com as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we have of stopping your order before it enters fulfillment.
Our Customer Service and Order Fulfillment teams operate independently and may be working on different schedules. As a result, orders are often processed, packed, or shipped before we're able to receive or respond to cancellation requests.
While we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been placed.
If we're unable to cancel your order in time, you're welcome to return your item once it has been delivered, provided it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy and is not a final sale item.
