Reina begins with a rare vintage paisley fabric in rich pinks, greens and plum, then takes it somewhere entirely new.

The plunging neckline is brought to life with intricate hand embroidery and beading, following the flowers and paisleys already woven through the print. Cutouts at the sides and an open tie-back balance the detail with a beautifully feminine silhouette.

The Hands Behind It

Reina is handcrafted by Patricia and her team of women artisans in Cartagena, Colombia. Each piece takes hours to complete as embroidery, beads and sequins are applied by hand, following and enhancing the pattern of the vintage fabric.

No two will ever be exactly alike.

Why It’s Priced This Way

Rare vintage fabric, hours of hand embroidery and beading, and skilled artisan craftsmanship go into every Reina.

But what makes Reina particularly special is something we cannot recreate: the fabric no longer exists.

Only 36 Reina One Pieces were made. When the final one is gone, there is no second production and no restock.

To keep your Sandy Bottom piece looking its best:

• Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent after wear.
• Avoid rough surfaces that may snag or damage the fabric.
• Lay flat to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
• Take care with sunscreen, oils and lotions, as they may stain or discolour delicate fabrics.
• Never bleach, iron or dry clean.

A little extra care will keep your swimwear beautiful wear after wear.
